Bethany Miller Photography

Hi!  I am Bethany.  I am an all-around artist with a passion for photography.  I have been working in photography for over 12 years, but my love for capturing life with a camera started in my 7th grade photography course where I learned the beauty of capturing life’s moments and developing my own pictures.  I have not worked in film photography since then, but it was where my photographic journey began.  I decided straight out of high school that my career path would have to include my passion for photography and began working towards that goal.

My family is from Rhode island and much of my family still resides there.  As a West Coast transplant, I am very glad to be close to the ocean because it smells and feels like home.  I am a wife to an amazing man and mother of 2 beautiful girls and 3 very strange but loveable cats.

I enjoy most aspects of the arts and have dabbled in painting, drawing, watercolor, clay sculpting and jewelry making.  Photography, though, brings me the most joy.  Seeing families’ love for each other and their smiling faces reminds me every day that the world is full of beauty.  I always and forever will be learning new, inventive ways to create through photography and commit to bringing you the latest and best techniques to every photo session.
